Contact: (08) 6500 3277 | Fax: (08) 6166 6306

Perth Brain Centre has provided drug-free, brain-based therapies guided by quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) brain scans for over 15 years.
Their multidisciplinary team brings together deep knowledge across cognitive neuroscience, psychology, occupational therapy, and chronic pain rehabilitation.
They have completed over 15,000 brain scans to pinpoint patterns of over-activity or under-activity and create personalised neuroplasticity routines.
Additionally, they don’t issue traditional diagnostic labels for conditions like attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or anxiety.
In fact, my cousin booked an initial scan, and she appreciated that no doctor referral or pre-existing condition was needed to begin.
However, the initial assessment fees total $545 before ongoing therapy starts, which can feel steep.

Decades of positive mental health care
I had been a client of The Northside Group Greenwich, Wentworthville and St Leonard’s for 30 years. I’ve only ever had positive, life growing experiences there. The food is great, but the staff are really special. They became my second family. I would recommend them to anyone with mental health challenges.

Keep in mind that their day programs are primarily group-based rather than focused on individual psychotherapy. Remote telehealth access is also limited to select tracks like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and ADHD management.

Respectful mental health and community support
Dr. Michael Maloney was a great support for me years ago. Not only did he greatly support me with my mental health inconveniences, he also helped to acquaint me with community based programs to further help me grow. He was always courteous, well spoken, patient & above all respectful. I must give credit where it’s due, leaving me without a complaint. The receptionist was also courteous, well spoken & prompt in resolving any of my queries or scheduling my appointments. Thank you.

There is no judgment only support. The tools I learnt will no doubt support me in the future with my mental health. Thanks to All at the Clinic

Comprehensive mental health and addiction support
The absolute best place if you truly want help for mental health and/or addiction. And if you are really open to developing your self awareness and coping skills. Great psych staff, doctor, nurses, admin and housekeeping staff, who all work together to make you feel safe and supported. Good range of activities outside of psychoeducation groups (eg art therapy, yoga, walks etc) Rooms are pretty well appointed and there’s a reasonable range of food options. I am grateful for the help I’ve received. 🙏

Safe, patient-focused specialist care
This facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff, from doctors, management, cleaning, culinary, allied health professionals, and especially the nurses, are brilliant. All staff were courteous, respectful and operated with a ‘patient first’ attitude and ethic. The meals were really good and the coffee shop is brilliant. My stay felt normalised and without stigmatisation. All concerns were listened to and acted upon. I always felt safe, and given adequate encouragement in the progression of my care-program. I highly recommend this facility to those in need of specialist mental health care.
