5 Best Facials on the Gold Coast for Your Next Glow-Up

Facial Treatments & Technology: We looked for a strong mix of cleansing, hydration, and more advanced facial options. Bonus points went to clinics using up-to-date techniques and equipment.

Practitioner Expertise & Skin Knowledge: Good skin needs more than guesswork. We favoured trained therapists who know their way around different skin concerns.

Treatment Environment & Comfort: A facial shouldn’t feel like a chore. We checked for clean, calming spaces where you can actually switch off.

Pricing & Transparency: No one likes a surprise bill after a glow-up. We preferred clinics with clear prices and easy-to-understand treatment packages.

Reputation & Customer Feedback: We combed through reviews for consistent praise and solid results. Happy repeat clients usually say more than flashy marketing does.

After getting successful acne scar treatment, I’m not about to let my skincare routine coast on good luck. Finding the best facial in Gold Coast now feels less like a treat and more like complexion maintenance.

Between the strong sun, salty air, and everyday buildup, my skin still needs a little backup. I wanted treatments that focus on hydration, barrier care, and keeping everything calm and balanced.

So I checked out some of the Gold Coast’s standout facial spots to see what they offer. These picks are worth considering when your goal is to keep clear skin looking happy, healthy, and glow-ready.

How much does a facial cost in Gold Coast?

Facials on the Gold Coast generally cost $70 to $350+. Prices vary depending on the treatment, session length, and techniques used.

Express and mini facials usually cost $70 to $110. These shorter treatments typically last around 30 to 45 minutes.

Standard and signature facials generally range from $130 to $200. Most sessions last about 60 minutes.

Advanced and clinical facials usually cost $210 to $350 or more. These treatments can run for 60 to 90 minutes or longer.

More specialised treatments tend to cost more. The use of advanced equipment or additional treatment steps can push prices towards the higher end.

1. Earth + Skin Day Spa Gold Coast

Website

Address: 2 Regency Place, Mudgeeraba

Contact: 07 5530 7959

Hours: Monday–Wednesday 10 AM–5 PM, Thursday 10 AM–8 PM by appointment, Friday–Saturday 10 AM–5 PM

After finally getting my skin into a happier place, I’m pretty picky about who gets near it. Earth + Skin caught my eye with its organic-focused facials, vegan products, and calm Mudgeeraba setting.

Their treatments are tailored to different skin types and concerns, which is exactly what I want when dryness or dullness starts creeping back in.

Each facial begins and ends with a Tibetan singing bowl ritual, adding a soothing little reset to the session.

I like that the experience feels more thoughtful than a standard cleanse-and-go appointment. The mix of customised skincare and a relaxed spa atmosphere makes it a strong pick for maintenance rather than emergency skin rescue.

The catch is that every treatment requires a 20% deposit upfront. Cancel within 24 hours, and you’ll lose that deposit, so last-minute plan changers should book carefully.

Pros

  • Customised facials for different skin concerns
  • Uses organic-focused, vegan and cruelty-free skincare
  • Tibetan singing bowl ritual adds a relaxing touch
  • Calm Mudgeeraba day-spa setting
  • Good option for ongoing skin maintenance

Cons

  • Requires a 20% deposit for all treatments
  • Deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours
  • Closed on Sundays

Wonderful experience

Wow! Today my daughter treated me to a facial and relaxation massage at Earth & Skin Day Spa. Anna was my therapist; she was very warm and welcoming, professional and attentive, ensuring all of my needs or concerns were met. The environment during my treatment was calming, soothing and tranquil. Thanks also to Hayley (owner) for making this wonderful experience possible by collaborating with my gorgeous daughter.

2. La Bella Skin & Body

Website

Address: Shop 2, 1928 Gold Coast Hwy, Miami

Contact: 07 5568 7295

Hours: Tuesday, Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | Wednesday, 9 AM – 7 PM | Thursday, 9 AM – 8 PM | Saturday, 8 AM – 2 PM

My skin has a flair for drama, so I’m wary of anything too aggressive.

La Bella Skin & Body won me over with their Dr Spiller enzyme treatment, which skips mechanical friction and takes a gentler exfoliating route. That’s exactly my speed when I want smoother-looking skin without feeling sandblasted.

Their Luxe Hybrid facial mixes lactic acid, vitamin C, and peptides for a brighter, fresher finish.

I like that the treatments leave room for customisation instead of forcing every face into the same routine. You can even add a face and neck stem cell mask when your skin is asking for a little extra fuss!

The schedule is the main catch for me, though. They’re closed Sundays and Mondays, while Saturdays wrap up at 2 PM.

Pros

  • Gentle enzyme exfoliation suited to sensitive skin
  • Luxe Hybrid facial includes lactic acid, vitamin C, and peptides
  • Treatments can be customised to different skin needs
  • Face and neck stem cell mask available as an add-on
  • Extended Wednesday and Thursday hours

Cons

  • Closed on Sundays and Mondays
  • Saturday appointments only run until 2 PM

Fabulous

Alice was amazing. She shared with me her expertise about what my skin needed. The actual treatment session was fabulous. Alice obviously knows what she is doing, and her massage and facial skills were awesome! I was so relaxed, and her interactions with me were very knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back

Amazing facial treatment and products, and loved the service too. I didn’t catch her name, but the Irish gal who recently started was AMAZING – I felt very safe, well looked after, and she was super knowledgeable as well as relatable. Will definitely be back x

3. The Facial Bar

Website

Address: 2460 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach

Contact: 0402 480 269

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6 PM | Saturday, 9 AM – 2 PM

I’m a big fan of facials that don’t treat every face like it came off the same assembly line. The Facial Bar takes a more personalised approach, with new clients able to start with a consultation or first-time facial.

Their therapists look at your skin goals, concerns, and routine before mapping out a treatment plan. That makes the experience feel less like a quick glow-up and more like proper skin maintenance.

I especially like that recommendations are tailored rather than piled on for the sake of it. Their focus on customised facials and clear, healthy-looking skin makes them a strong pick for anyone who wants a little strategy with their pampering.

The weekend schedule is the main catch, with Saturdays finishing at 2 PM and the clinic closed on Sundays.

And because therapists may be busy with treatments, phone calls aren’t always answered straight away, so texting is usually the more reliable way to get in touch.

Pros

  • Personalised consultations and first-time facial options
  • Customised treatment plans based on individual skin concerns
  • Holistic approach to skin health
  • Tailored product and treatment recommendations
  • Strong focus on long-term skin maintenance

Cons

  • Saturday hours end at 2 PM
  • Closed on Sundays
  • Phone contact may be limited while therapists are with clients

The absolute best

The most relaxing and thoughtful facial I have ever had. I always leave feeling relaxed, re-energised, and my skin is always glowing. The facial massage is my favourite part as the girls always know the right technique to make you feel like you’re floating on a cloud. I know my skin journey wouldn’t be where it is without the beautiful facial bar team! I am forever grateful for the love, kindness, and professionalism that is always received. Kelly and Niamh are the absolute best!!!

So relaxing

I had a great first-time experience with Talesha. Very knowledgeable, and I felt at ease instantly. The introductory targeted treatment facial was so relaxing and hydrating; my face felt great afterwards. I’m feeling hopeful about starting my skincare journey at the facial bar.

4. RejoovMe – Day Spa Gold Coast

Website

Address: 1/18 Fern Street, Surfers Paradise

Contact: (07) 5538 9398

Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 9 AM – 4 PM | Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM | Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM | Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM | Sunday, 9 AM – 2 PM

If my skin’s looking more exhausted than I feel, RejoovMe’s Oxygen Facial would be high on my list.

It combines cleansing, exfoliation, an oxygen peel, LED therapy, a mask, and a neck-and-shoulder massage in one session. I like that it feels geared towards both skin refreshment and proper downtime.

Their menu covers everything from pre-event facials to brighter-looking skin treatments, so there’s room to match the session to what your face actually needs.

Another plus is the free unlimited parking in the Mantra basement, which saves one small Surfers Paradise headache. That alone makes a relaxing appointment feel a bit more relaxing.

The catch is the booking policy. Some treatments or packages require card confirmation or a 50% deposit, and current phone issues mean text or email may be the easier way to reach them.

Pros

  • Oxygen Facial combines cleansing, exfoliation, LED therapy, and a mask
  • Includes a neck-and-shoulder massage
  • Good range of pre-event and skin-refresh treatments
  • Free unlimited parking in the Mantra basement
  • Convenient Surfers Paradise location

Cons

  • Some treatments or packages require a 50% deposit or card confirmation
  • Certain group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit
  • Phone contact is currently limited, so text or email may be easier

Highly recommend

OMG amazing! I surprised a friend with the facial package and of course some bubbles to celebrate once in the magnesium spa! Karli was awesome. She patiently answered all my questions and more beforehand and, when we arrived, explained our treatment in detail. I’ve had a few facials in my day, but this exceeded my expectations 💕 The girls who did our treatment were excellent and very professional, and I can’t wait to go back and try a different package 👏 I highly recommend RejoovMe Day Spa not only to women but men too!

Beyond amazing

I am 49 years old and went to have my first ever facial. It was beyond amazing and then a spa and sauna. I’m hooked and can not believe I’ve missed out on such a treat for myself as a busy Mumma.

Thank you to the team @ Rejoov Me. I will be back monthly

I feel like a new, rejuvenated woman.

5. That Face Place

Website

Address: Shop 1, 1093 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach

Contact: 0409 563 009

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | Saturday, 9 AM – 4 PM

I like a facial with a bit of science behind the glow, and That Face Place leans nicely in that direction.

Their Glass Facial uses micro-infusion with a customised cocktail that can include hydration-focused ingredients like hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and peptides.

Their Hydra-Facial is another tempting option if your skin needs a proper reset. It combines cleansing, exfoliation, gentle extraction, and hydration without turning the appointment into a full-blown ordeal.

What I appreciate most is the nurse-led, personalised approach rather than a one-treatment-fits-all menu.

They focus on long-term skin health and build plans around individual concerns instead of chasing quick fixes.

The main catch is the consultation cost. Aesthetic consultations range from $125 to $225, and while redeemable toward treatment, the fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed.

Pros

  • Nurse-led clinic with a personalised approach
  • Glass Facial uses customised micro-infusion cocktails
  • Hydra-Facial combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration
  • Strong focus on long-term skin health
  • Treatment plans can be tailored to individual concerns

Cons

  • Aesthetic consultations cost $125 to $225
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable if you don’t proceed
  • Late cancellations may result in losing your deposit

Highly recommend

I’ve been trusting Zoey with my facial needs for many years now. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about achieving natural, beautiful results.

Zoey takes the time to listen to what I want, explains things clearly and makes the whole process stress-free.

I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone talented, honest, incredibly skilled and who wants to feel ‘refreshed’ and confident 😊  ✨
