Great amenities and conveniently located

Attended a MOVE & Let Go 45 class with Instructor Indigo last week. Indigo is so friendly and welcoming, she has a soothing voice which makes it so comforting for this mid-day gentle flow class! Studio has a nice vibes, great amenities and conveniently located at Flinders lane! This is my best experience ever with a yoga studio in Melbourne, definitely recommending any yogi who is visiting Melb to give this studio a try! I can totally understand why their classes are always fully subscribed on ClassPass.

Ally and her team went above and beyond their way to prepare us

I’ve just finished my 200 YTT with Move Yoga and it was the best experience and training I could have ever asked for. Ally and her team went above and beyond their way to prepare us students with such high professionalism, passion and dedication into the world of teaching Yoga. All the Face to Face learning, practice, classes and online lectures were so well structured and organized. After finishing the course, I’m feeling so ready and confident to teach my own class and I can’t thank MOVE Yoga enough to have had such an incredible education and experience.

Customer Reviews

Every instructor is warm, generous with their energy

Body Scape yoga is one of those rare third spaces – it offers community and a sense of belonging outside of home and work. Every instructor is warm, generous with their energy, and consistently brings interesting sequencing to their classes. The studio itself is beautiful and aesthetic, and all the details feel intentional – low lighting, tea served before and after class, gorgeous music selection. The vinyasa and yin classes at Body Scape always make my week feel more special, if you haven’t tried a class here, you should.

Every instructor is welcoming and friendly

Bodyscape is a beautifully designed studio with a sense of peacefulness as soon as you walk in. Every instructor is welcoming and friendly, with each of their classes having their own unique flows and challenges. Was lucky enough to attend one of Rosanna’s vinyasa classes recently and it’s no wonder she’s the OG. Definitely look forward to continuing my yoga journey at Bodyscape
