Coming at second was the one I did use, primarily due to their team of friendly and supportive project managers who gently guided me in every step. The first being choosing a package—I chose their eight-page Plus package priced from $599.
They also have Starter (3 pages), Professional (5), and Premium (15+) packages—but people often go for the Plus and Professional. Like many Sydney small businesses, I was very happy with the inclusions, especially the content writing, free email support, and photo gallery.
Everything went on smoothly from there, really—within a few days of launching my site, people were already clicking and asking about my plants. Unfortunately, others waited weeks without any rankings, and the lack of timely support only added to their frustration.
Even knowing the risk, I still chose them because clients mentioned how the team listens to their ideas and actually applies them to the final product. Plus, their 24/7 self-management feature allowed me to make edits anytime.
