1. Thai Fusion Spa Gold Coast

Website: https://www.thaifusionspa.com.au/
Address: Shop 10, 3184 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise
Contact: 431 123 848
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Escaping daily stress becomes simple at Thai Fusion Spa Gold Coast because they use award-winning Aromatherapy Association products to target specific emotional states.
Their fully customisable sessions allow you to create your own treatment plan by picking exact focus areas like your neck or lower back.
I tried their signature tech neck massage last Tuesday after spending days staring at my computer screen. The deep pressure instantly released the tight knots in my shoulders.
They even offer an exclusive bridal serenity package, ideal for small pre-wedding celebrations. However, this group package limits bookings to a maximum of five people, which makes it a poor choice for larger parties.
Customer Reviews:
Amazing session
A friend and I went for a massage today and to be honest it was phenomenal! Very clean facilities, friendly staff and owner (PJ) 😆 and amazing masseuses who took care of us both. We both did front and back massages and the staff checked the level of pressure we preferred before starting. The techniques used were executed with skill and care, and the whole experience was relaxing, calming, and professional at all times. Thank you PJ for an amazing session!! 🙏

2. Retreat Massage & Wellness

Website: https://www.retreatwellness.com.au/
Address: Shop 9.03 Brickworks, 11 Brolga Ave, Southport
Contact: 755 271 147
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Retreat Massage & Wellness feels like one of those places you go to when you just need to fully switch off for a while. It has that calm, spa-like vibe, but they still take the treatment side seriously, too.
They offer myotherapy and use BABOR skincare products, adding a bit of extra care to the whole experience. They also do these 2-hour treatments that mix things, like head therapy and reflexology, so it feels more like a full reset rather than a quick massage.
A friend of mine tried one of their longer sessions and said her lower back stiffness felt so much better after, which is always a good sign.
Also, the space itself is really nicely set up and can even be used for private events if you’re celebrating something.
Just keep in mind that you can’t avail the hot stone massage on its own since it’s only offered as an add-on.
Customer Reviews:
Top quality massage experience
I’ve been here 6 times now, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve tried other massage places across the Gold Coast, but this one truly stands out. Naoko is an absolute pro—her technique, attention to detail, and professionalism make the whole experience exceptional. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this place if you’re after a genuine, top-quality massage experience!

I loved how he massaged my neck
I had an exceptional remedial massage by Giovanni. He made me feel comfortable and secure and all the techniques applied were so precise to treat the tight muscles. Especially I loved how he massaged my neck! I am really happy with his massage and will definitely rebook again.

3. Soak Bathhouse

Website: https://soakbathhouse.com.au/visiting-us/bathhouse-mermaid-beach-gold-coast/
Address: Shop 20, Pacific Square, 2532 – 2540 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach
Contact: 417 331 788
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Soak Bathhouse feels like a proper reset spot when your body’s been through it a bit. Instead of just walking in for a massage and leaving, you get to experience cedarwood saunas and even cold plunge pools all in one visit.
It kind of turns a simple treatment into a bit of a routine where you move around and let your body ease out in different ways.
Their massage menu is pretty flexible, too. You can go for something strong like deep tissue if you’re feeling tight and knotted up, or pick something lighter like pregnancy massage if you just want to fully relax.
What’s nice is how easily you can pair the massage with the heat and cold cycle, which leaves you feeling surprisingly refreshed afterwards.
The only catch is that they don’t allow anyone under 16 years of age, so it stays more on the quiet, adults-only side of things.
Customer Reviews:

4. Lan Spa

Website: https://www.lanspa.com.au/surfers-paradise/
Address: Shop 1/7-11 Elkhorn Avenue, Surfers Paradise
Contact: 756 641 877
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
For those looking for a more indulgent wellness experience, Lan Spa blends luxury with traditional Eastern-inspired treatments in a way that feels really special.
One of their most talked-about services is the Japanese head spa, where they use organic aromatic oils to help improve scalp health while also focusing on pressure points to ease mental tension.
It’s the kind of treatment that leaves your head feeling lighter and your mind a bit clearer afterwards.
They also cater well to couples, with private rooms and package deals that let you enjoy side-by-side treatments for a more shared, relaxed escape.
Some of these even include extras like a warm flower bath and a small high tea setup with champagne, which makes the whole thing feel extra thoughtful and a bit celebratory.
However, the pricing sits on the higher end, so it might feel a bit much if you’re just after a quick, casual massage.
Customer Reviews:
Very professional and easy to talk to
I had a foot massage, a body massage, and a facial, far better than I expected, came away feeling totally relaxed. The young lady I had was very professional and easy to talk to.
Would highly recommend trying at least once?

Relaxing massage
I just had a “revive” package, my therapist’s name was Giuliana. It was an amazing experience 12/10. The treatment started with a relaxing full body massage and then a full body reinvigorating body scrub, that was the best part, out of this world. Thank you Luke

5. Massage by Laura

Website: https://massagebylaura.com.au/
Address: 4, 465 Oxley Drive, Runaway Bay
Contact: 493 428 064
Hours: Thursday – Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
If you’re dealing with tight muscles or just need proper recovery work, Massage by Laura focuses on targeted pain relief backed by detailed physical assessments before each session.
They’re a great option for active people who are regularly hitting gym sessions or pilates studios in Sydney, since their sports recovery treatments are designed to support that kind of ongoing physical strain.
Their advanced muscle work also helps with alignment and mobility, kind of similar in approach to visiting professional chiropractors in Sydney for structural care, but through hands-on massage techniques instead.
Plus, I love that they offer gentle manual lymphatic drainage, which can support recovery from swelling or fluid retention after surgery, so it’s not just deep pressure treatments.
Another benefit is that the clinic is fully registered, which means you may be able to claim health fund rebates on eligible services.
Do take note, though, that they’re not open on Wednesdays.
Customer Reviews:
Top-quality massage
I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. Laura was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. Laura worked out tension I had throughout my body, and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and that she takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality massage.
