We spoke with a traveller who had used a similar service for a Southeast Asia trip and said having local logistics handled by a capable travel agency was a huge relief.
The team also organises everything from guided Bali trips to custom itineraries, so you can focus more on enjoying the experience.
However, their services cater almost exclusively to younger travellers. Families and older adults will need to look elsewhere for holiday planning.

2. Worldwide Travel & Tours

Website: https://www.wwtravel.com.au/
Address: Shop 18 442-444 King Georges Rd.
Contact: +61 2 9742 3422
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Planning a multi-destination family holiday or a large corporate retreat takes serious logistical expertise. Worldwide Travel & Tours operates as an independent Helloworld network affiliate.
They offer services that range from complex round-the-world airfares to motorhome rentals. The agency also creates tailored trips, with options for guided rail tours and specialised conference itineraries.
Plus, they offer 12 months of interest-free financing through HSBC, which can make paying for a large international getaway much easier. Their flexible payment options are always helpful, too!
But there’s one catch: they only accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, or credit cards. So, if you prefer using modern digital wallets like Apple Pay, you’ll find the checkout process a little less convenient.
The best travel agency
Excellent knowledge of tours especially in Egypt. Had the change our trip last minute due to health and Maged was very accommodating. Kept us up to date with all changes. This is the best travel agency I have dealt with. Highly recommend

Highly recommend
Maged and the Team went above and beyond to make our holiday as effortless as possible. Within one phone call he advised what dates would be cheaper, and what would be a better outcome, within minutes our holiday was booked and ready to go. I would highly recommend World wide travel and their knowledge and experience as they have been in the field many more years than most travel agents. Thank you Maged, much appreciated!

Planning a trip to Antarctica or the Arctic takes specialised knowledge and careful preparation. Eclipse Travel is a premium Australian travel agency focused on unique, remote destinations across Africa, South America, and the polar regions.
They’re fully accredited by the Australian Travel Industry Association, giving travellers added peace of mind when booking major trips. Plus, you can choose your preferred accommodation style and set a pace that suits your trip.
We spoke with a colleague who booked a South American trek through them, and they said the authentic, responsible tourism experience was phenomenal.
However, they operate entirely by appointment. This means you can’t simply walk into their Pitt Street office for a casual chat about flights or travel plans.
Will definitely book again
Excellent travel agency. I highly recommend them to organise a trip to Patagonia. Eclipse Travel have made this trip unforgettable. Matt and his team are excellent. They are very helpful and they have the best knowledge of Patagonia. Their recommendations for Patagonia, from accommodation, transfers, flights and tours have been perfect! We could have not made this trip possible without them. We will definitely book with them again. Best customer service ever!

Highly recommend
Excellent Bolivian trip planned right down to the little details by Daniel and Eclipse. They were responsive and I would highly recommend this agency. Bolivia is a hard place to visit on your own. Daniel made it easy. He was highly responsive throughout, and allowed us to have a fantastic well organised once in a life time holiday.

Backpackers planning the ultimate East Coast adventure often need local guidance to make the most of their budget. Happy Travels is a youth adventure travel agency offering custom itineraries and complete packages for popular routes.
For example, their Sydney Starter Package includes hostel accommodation, a Blue Mountains day trip, and a Hunter Valley wine tour. T
Their staff are also experienced adventure travellers, so you can get useful advice on exploring Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Southeast Asia.
However, visiting the agency in person can be tricky if you’re driving. Their office sits in a pedestrian-only section of George Street, so direct vehicle access is restricted.
Instead, you’ll need to use one of the nearby paid car parks rather than pulling up outside the building.
Went out of their way to help me
Maddie, Joe and Greta at Happy Travels George Street went out of their way to help me and my friends book the most amazing East Coast and Outback trip! The best thing about the company is that they are the only independent travel agency in the area which means you decide yourself which tours you book and they don’t force you to go with a certain operator or hostel (all they do is give advise and think along to choose the right one for you).

Did a really great job
I went to Happy Travel to plan my trip along the est coast to Cairns. I was there for almost 3 hours and a nice man called Ben Sidey was very patient and offered me all the activities that were possible. Whether it was skydiving, diving in the Great Barrier Reef or a tour of Fraser Island, there are so many great things to see and the agency did a really great job of arranging that. Thank you so much!!
