5 Best Cosmetic Dentists in Sydney for a Smile Worth Showing Off
A top Invisalign clinic sorted out my crooked teeth, but now I’m eyeing a little extra sparkle. Apparently, once you start smiling in photos, you get ambitious!
Finding the best cosmetic dentist in Sydney is my next move. I’m weighing up whitening, bonding and veneers without rushing into anything too drastic.
So I looked into local clinics with an eye for natural results and a gentle touch. Here are some that caught my attention.
How much does it cost to see a cosmetic dentist in Sydney?
A small cosmetic touch-up can start at around A$250. A full smile makeover may cost A$15,000–A$40,000+, depending on the treatments involved.
In-chair whitening: A$400–A$1,500 per session. Your dentist does the whitening at the clinic.
Take-home whitening: A$250–A$600 per kit. Your dentist supplies custom trays.
Composite bonding: A$250–A$600 per tooth. Resin repairs small chips or gaps.
Composite veneers: A$400–A$900 per tooth. The dentist layers resin, often in one visit.
Porcelain veneers: A$1,500–A$2,600 per tooth. Ceramic shells cover the front of the teeth.
Clear aligners, including Invisalign: A$4,500–A$11,000 total. The cost depends on how much straightening you need.
A single dental implant and crown: A$4,500–A$8,000 per tooth. This covers the implant post, connector and crown.
A full smile makeover: A$15,000–A$40,000+ total. This may combine several treatments.
Veneers cover the front of a tooth. Crowns cover the whole visible tooth.
1. Dental Boutique Sydney

Website
Address: 1 Castlereagh St
Contact: 1300 327 6453 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5:30 PM
Dental Boutique Sydney caught my eye because a smile makeover shouldn’t start with a white-knuckle grip on the dentist’s chair.
The clinic offers porcelain veneers and composite bonding, plus oral or IV sedation for suitable patients who need extra help feeling comfortable.
I like that the options don’t stop at covering up a chip or two. You can discuss clear aligners and gum contouring too, then work with the team on a plan that suits your teeth and the smile you’re after.
My only scheduling snag is that the Sydney clinic closes on Saturdays and Sundays, which could mean taking time off work for appointments.
You can ring the enquiry team on weekends, but you’ll still need a weekday slot to see a dentist.

“Best Cosmetic Dental Practice I’ve experienced!!”
I recently had the new Astrae digitally guided veneers done and couldn’t be happier. The entire process was completed in the same day with no temporaries, and I had zero sensitivity afterwards, so I could use them straight away. The precision and efficiency were incredible. The staff were professional, warm and genuinely caring, and the clinic itself looks and feels like a 5-star hotel. Easily the Best Cosmetic Dental Practice I’ve experienced!!

“The Dental Boutique is without a doubt the best cosmetic dentist clinic!”
The Dental Boutique is without a doubt the best cosmetic dentist clinic! From start to finish, the entire process (in my case, Invisalign and composite bonding) is seamless, personal and easy. Dr Ras is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend her; her skill in cosmetic dentistry is truly second to none. Suemin for the admin side was a dream to work with also! Overall, don’t second-guess The Dental Boutique —they are the best out there.

2. Paramount Dental Sydney

Website
Address: Suite 601/185 Elizabeth St
Contact: (02) 9131 8078
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–8 PM; Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM; other times by appointment.
I like a smile makeover with a plan, especially when my bank balance gets a say.
Paramount Dental Sydney lists starting prices online and discusses treatment costs after assessing what your teeth need, so you can weigh your options before committing.
The clinic offers veneers, whitening and implants under one roof, which is handy if your wish list goes beyond a brighter shade. If the dentist’s chair makes you tense, you can ask whether oral sedation or nitrous oxide is suitable for your treatment.
One catch: a standard consultation starts at A$100, and any diagnostic fees are worth checking before you book.
There’s a complimentary porcelain veneer consultation offer, but you’ll need to mention it when booking and confirm that it fits what you’re after.

“Best dentist in Sydney for porcelain veneers and teeth whitening“
I cannot recommend Paramount Dental Sydney highly enough. After researching the best dentist in Sydney for porcelain veneers and teeth whitening, I booked a consultation with Dr Amrinder Oberoi, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my smile.
From the moment I walked into the practice, I felt welcomed and cared for. The team at Paramount Dental Sydney was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me achieve the smile I had always wanted…

“Small cosmetic procedure to straighten my front tooth”
After breaking a tooth in a fall on Christmas morning, I was able to go to Dr Oberoi for emergency treatment. He was so gentle and patched my tooth up despite me being in a state of shock, and in follow-up treatments (root canal and fitting a crown), he has been wonderful. All completed at a very reasonable charge. I am now trusting him to do a small cosmetic procedure to straighten my front tooth to match the adjoining one.

3. Pitt Street Dental Centre

Website
Address: Level 2/70 Pitt St
Contact: (02) 9223 4767 | 0483 923 889 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday, 8 AM–6 PM; Tuesday, 8 AM–8 PM; Wednesday, 8 AM–6 PM; Thursday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM
I’m keen on a better smile, but I’d like to see the plan before committing to porcelain veneers.
Pitt Street Dental Centre uses digital smile design and works with local ceramists, so you can discuss the shape and look you’re after before treatment begins.
The clinic takes 3D scans and digital X-rays to help plan suitable treatment. I like that Invisalign, composite veneers and whitening are on the menu too, since my teeth might need a simpler fix than a full veneer makeover.
The scheduling wrinkle is that 8:00 pm appointments depend on the dentist: Dr Katarina stays late on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while Dr Mario does so on Thursdays and Fridays.
The clinic is closed on weekends, so I’d check my preferred dentist’s availability before setting my heart on an evening slot.

“Definitely the best dentist in Sydney“
…He was great from the first visit. Really listened, explained the implants and cosmetic options clearly without any pressure, and showed me what the result would look like. The whole process was much easier than I expected. The implant felt straightforward, the veneers look completely natural, and my wife says it looks like I was born with perfect teeth. No one at work even realised I had work done; they just keep saying I look happier. The clinic is modern and clean, the team is friendly, and the follow-up care was excellent; definitely the best dentist in Sydney.

After Invisalign, I’m curious about what could give my smile a little more polish, but I’d like to see the options first.
Boutique Dental Care in Chatswood advertises complimentary smile assessments for Invisalign and veneers, with iTero 3D scans included in those offers.
I like the thought of seeing my teeth on screen without biting into a mouthful of impression putty!
The clinic offers IV sedation for suitable patients too, which could make a longer appointment feel less daunting.
The scheduling catch is simple: the clinic’s closed on Sundays. Saturday appointments run from 9 AM to 5 PM, but I’d confirm the assessment offer and what it includes when booking.

“She immediately put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do”
…I saw Dr Meng, and she immediately put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do. I even had some cosmetic surgery on my front teeth to close some gaps, and my teeth are looking great now, and I am so happy with them. I am still having treatment, and although I still get nervous, I know I am in good hands. So if you are like me, fearful of the dentist, I highly recommend Boutique Dental Care in Chatswood; they are amazing. They are very close to the station and easy to get to.

5. North Sydney Dentistry

Website
Address: Level 1, Suite 102, 71 Walker Street
Contact: (02) 8090 1108 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
I’ve already tackled my crooked teeth, so now I’m wondering what would give my smile a little more sparkle.
North Sydney Dentistry offers both porcelain and composite veneers, and its team can plan a smile makeover around the changes you actually want.
If the answer is a brighter shade, you can ask about in-chair whitening or a take-home kit.
For a bigger refresh, the clinic offers clear aligners, gum reshaping, crowns and implants, depending on what your teeth need.
The catch is the calendar: the surgery closes on Saturdays and Sundays, with weekday appointments ending at 6 PM. If you can’t slip away during the working week, you’ll need to look elsewhere for a weekend visit.
