5 Best Dental Implant Clinics in New South Wales for a Lasting Smile

  • Clinical Expertise: I checked each lead surgeon’s qualifications, specialised training, and experience. Teeth aren’t the place for guesswork.

  • Technology and Facilities: I favoured clinics using 3D imaging and modern planning tools. Precision makes for fewer surprises.

  • Patient Comfort and Care: I looked for sedation options and clear aftercare advice. Dental nerves deserve proper care too.

  • Accessibility and Pricing: I considered clinic locations, transparent fees, and payment plans. A new smile shouldn’t come with mystery costs.

  • Reviews and Reputation: I reviewed recent patient feedback across trusted directories. Consistently positive results helped the strongest clinics stand out.

My missing tooth has turned my smile into a slightly lopsided work in progress that I doubt even the best Invisalign provider can fix. Chewing shouldn’t feel like a daily balancing act either, but it has.

So, I searched for the best dental implant provider in New South Wales to restore my bite and confidence. I looked for skilled specialists, natural-looking results, clear costs, and gentler treatment.

From Sydney clinics to trusted practices across NSW, these options stood out. They could help put my smile—and teeth—back on the straight and narrow.

How much does a dental implant cost in New South Wales?

A single-tooth implant usually costs $3,000 to $6,000. An implant-supported bridge for two to three teeth ranges from $6,000 to $10,000.

Full-arch All-on-4 implants cost around $19,000 to $35,000 per arch. The price depends on your bone structure and treatment needs.

Bone grafting may add $600 to $2,500. A sinus lift can cost $2,000 to $3,500.

Tooth extraction typically costs another $200 to $450. Ask whether scans, sedation, crowns, and follow-up visits are included in the quote.

Address: Suite 109, 302/306 Bong Bong St, Bowral

Contact: (02) 9247 8961

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM

I accompanied a relative to Sydney Implant Institute, and the consultation felt refreshingly calm rather than salesy.

The team explained everything clearly, so I wasn’t left decoding a mouthful of dental jargon.

The clinic reports placing more than 15,000 implants since 2011, giving nervous patients plenty of experience to lean on.

It uses Nobel Biocare or Straumann implants, paired with a custom-made porcelain tooth for a natural finish.

A first single-tooth implant starts at $5,500, while each additional implant is listed at $5,000. Flexible and interest-free payment options can make the bill a little easier to bite into.

The catch is the narrow Bowral schedule, with appointments available only from Monday to Thursday. Its weekend closure may inconvenience full-time workers who can’t slip away during office hours.

Pros

  • More than 15,000 implants reportedly placed since 2011
  • Uses Nobel Biocare or Straumann implants
  • Clear explanations without a pushy sales approach
  • Flexible and interest-free payment options
  • Flexible and interest-free payment options
  • Custom-made porcelain teeth available

Cons

  • Bowral clinic operates only from Monday to Thursday

Incredibly grateful

I received All-on-4 dental implants. From the first consultation to the day of surgery to the last fitting, I’m so incredibly grateful to Sydney Implant Institute in Bowral for everything they have done for me. The experience has made such a positive difference, not only in how I feel but especially in my confidence. I’m so thankful for the care, support and kindness I’ve received throughout the whole process.

Great experience

Absolutely great experience from the first phone call. Bella was absolutely perfect, knew what she was doing and the honesty was really appreciated from the first attendance until now. Dr Mark was fantastic, a great professional, and his treatment towards me was second to none.

In saying that, during the procedure, every single staff member was courteous and kind. Not just smiling, but stopping to actually say hi.

Definitely will recommend them and can honestly say they are second to none.

To the entire team, thank you so much

2. Sydney Dental Implant Centre

Address: Level 4/307 Pitt St

Contact: 02 9154 0148

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM

Sydney Dental Implant Centre caught my eye with more than 25 years of experience among its dentists.

Its single-tooth, multiple-tooth, and full-arch options cover more than one kind of troublesome gap.

I like that the team uses X-rays and 3D imaging to create personalised treatment plans. That takes some guesswork out of a decision that’s already big enough.

Their digitally guided approach may support precise placement and a smoother recovery, though results vary between patients.

Plus, they explain the implant process and offer interest-free payment plans through several third-party providers.

The catch is the Pitt Street location in the busy Sydney CBD, where peak-hour traffic can test anyone’s patience and punctuality. Drivers should leave extra travel time, even though the clinic advertises free parking.

Pros

  • More than 25 years of dental experience
  • Treats single, multiple, and full-arch tooth loss
  • Uses X-rays and 3D imaging for treatment planning
  • Offers digitally guided implant procedures
  • Interest-free payment plans available
  • Advertises free parking

Cons

  • High-traffic Sydney CBD location/peak-hour travel times may be unpredictable
  • Closed on weekends

I am so happy with the outcome, and they explained every single step, so I was very calm on the appointment day. The entire team at the clinic was so well experienced. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Amazing job

My mom needed a dental implant. We consulted a few clinics and then decided to proceed with Dr Shah. Dr Shah was so professional and kind and did an amazing job with the implant treatment. We also loved the ambience of the clinic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It’s the best Dental Implant Centre in town for sure.

3. DENTAL IMPLANT PROFESSIONALS Sydney

Hours: Daily, 8 AM – 8 PM

I visited Dental Implant Professionals to ask about replacing a tooth, and the consultation was easier to digest than expected.

The team clearly explained how an implant gradually bonds with the jawbone, sparing me a lesson in dental hieroglyphics.

The clinic uses Australian-approved implants and locally made crowns with a five-year warranty. Its X-rays and CBCT scans help assess bone density and plan treatment around each patient.

Dr Paulo Pinho brings more than 20 years of oral-surgery experience and reports placing over 3,500 implants. The wider team handles single, multiple, and full-set tooth replacements.

However, patients hoping to see Dr Pinho should confirm who’ll perform each treatment stage. Several practitioners work at the clinic, so he may not personally handle every appointment.

Pros

  • More than 20 years of oral-surgery experience
  • Over 3,500 implants reportedly placed by Dr Paulo Pinho
  • Uses Australian-approved dental implants
  • Australian-made crowns with a five-year warranty
  • X-rays and CBCT scans used for treatment planning
  • Treats single, multiple, and full-set tooth loss

Cons

  • Dr Pinho may not personally handle every treatment stage

Highly recommend

I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my new implant. The tooth looks great & you can’t tell the difference from my other teeth. The doctors and staff have been courteous and professional throughout the entire procedure over the months.

The cost was also a big issue for me, as I was being quoted $5,000+ by other dentists.

I paid $2,850 at No Gap Dentists.

All in all, I highly recommend No Gap Dentists.

Impressed

A very nice service in central Sydney CBD. I was impressed with the honesty and sincerity of Dr Paulo Pinho. A lovely man who passes off a very competent impression. I also found the price of $2850 for full implant placement including crown to be very reasonable. My implant has been without complication, and the procedure was more straightforward than I expected.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM | Saturday by appointment

Lumière Dental Centre stood out to me because Dr Ahmed Elkhatib has worked in implant and cosmetic dentistry since 2003.

His advanced implant qualifications from universities in the US and Germany bring plenty of international know-how to the chair.

I like that the clinic uses CBCT imaging and Digital Smile Design to plan treatment around each mouth. Seeing a projected smile beforehand can make a major decision feel less like a leap in the dark!

The clinic treats single and multiple missing teeth, All-on-4 cases, and patients needing bone grafting. That broad scope is handy when your jawbone decides to make things complicated.

The drawback is limited Saturday access, as visits are available by appointment only. Patients needing a Saturday slot may have less flexibility than those booking during the week.

Pros

  • Dr Elkhatib has practised implant dentistry since 2003
  • Advanced implant qualifications from US and German universities
  • Uses CBCT imaging for detailed treatment planning
  • Digital Smile Design provides a projected preview
  • Offers single, multiple, and All-on-4 implants
  • Bone grafting available for suitable patients

Cons

  • Saturday visits are by appointment only
  • Digital smile previews don’t guarantee exact results

Truly a perfectionist

One of the best dental experiences I had was with Dr Ahmed

I had a missing bottom left tooth which required an advanced bone and gum reconstruction before installing a dental implant. The surgery went great, and healing was uneventful,

The doctor managed to place the dental implant and the bone and gum graft in one procedure, which I was very grateful to avoid another dental surgery.

He truly is a perfectionist, as everyone else on his reviews said!

Smooth process

I had an implant procedure with Dr El Khatib, and from the outset he was calm, professional, and reassuring. The entire process was smooth, easy, and handled with great care. The final result was excellent, and my recovery was straightforward with minimal discomfort. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr El Khatib to anyone considering a dental implant procedure.

5. The Smile Factory

Website

Address: 122 Belford Street, Broadmeadow

Contact: (02) 4037 0903

Hours: Monday, 8:30 AM – 6 PM | Tuesday, 8:30 AM – 7 PM | Wednesday-Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM – 4 PM

The Smile Factory caught my attention with its careful use of 3D CBCT and digital scans. These tools help the dentists map implant positions before anyone reaches for the drill.

Needles and nerves are a rotten pairing, so I appreciate the clinic’s sedation options. IV sedation is administered through Pacific Anaesthesia for suitable patients who need extra help staying calm.

The clinic handles single implants and full-arch All-on-4 restorations. Suitable full-arch patients may receive new teeth within days, with the prosthesis made at a Bondi laboratory.

The main drawback is Friday’s shorter schedule, as the clinic closes at 4 PM. That early finish may make after-work appointments harder to secure before the weekend.

Pros

  • Uses 3D CBCT and digital scans for implant planning
  • Offers single implants and All-on-4 restorations
  • IV sedation available for suitable patients
  • Works with Pacific Anaesthesia
  • Full-arch teeth may be ready within days
  • Free on-site parking available

Cons

  • Closes at 4 PM on Fridays
  • No weekend appointments
  • Fast turnaround applies only to suitable full-arch cases

Positive experience

From the moment you walk in to seeing your The dental team demonstrated exceptional understanding and care regarding my apprehension about visiting the dentist. Their compassionate approach significantly eased my anxieties throughout the appointment. Dr Mandy Pablo, in particular, was instrumental in creating a supportive and reassuring environment. This level of empathy from both the staff and the dentist made for a positive experience. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
