5 Best Reflexology Places in Sydney to Soothe Tired Feet

  • Therapeutic Value: We favoured clinics that go beyond a basic foot rub, including heat therapy, specialised tools, or other holistic techniques.

  • Treatment Flexibility: Busy week? We gave extra points for varied session lengths plus evening or weekend availability.

  • Therapist Expertise: Your feet are in better hands with trained practitioners, so we checked for solid reflexology and remedial massage experience.

  • Pricing Transparency: Surprise fees aren’t relaxing. We prioritised clinics that clearly list rates and weekend surcharges upfront.

I’m no stranger to holistic wellness clinics, but lately my feet have been filing some very loud complaints. Too much walking, standing, and general Sydney rushing has finally caught up with me!

That’s what sent me looking for the best reflexology in Sydney for some proper foot-focused relief. A good session can help ease tension while giving the rest of you a welcome excuse to switch off.

These reflexology spots are where I’d start when your feet are begging for a reset.

How much does reflexology cost in Sydney?

Reflexology in Sydney usually costs $50 to $75 for 30 minutes. A standard 60-minute session is around $95 to $120.

Longer appointments naturally cost more. A 90-minute treatment can reach $133 to $170.

DurationEstimated Cost (AUD)
30 minutes$50 – $75
45 minutes$79 – $89
60 minutes$95 – $120
90 minutes$133 – $170

Prices can vary by clinic, therapist experience, and whether reflexology is combined with massage or other treatments.

1. Thai Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage

Website

Address: 122/289-295 Sussex Street

Contact: +61479126987 | [email protected]

Hours: Daily, 10 AM – 9 PM

Thai Healing Touch is the sort of place I’d keep in mind after one of those weeks when my feet feel like they’ve done overtime. Its reflexology and massage menu leans firmly into soothing, hands-on treatments rather than anything overly fussy.

I like that the studio stays open until 9 PM every day, which makes an after-work appointment much easier to squeeze in.

Hot stones feature across several treatments too, adding a little extra warmth when tight muscles need convincing to behave.

The cash pricing is another nice perk, with selected 75-, 90-, and 120-minute treatments offering a $10 discount. That’s not life-changing money, but I’ll happily take it after a long session.

The main catch is that the hot-stone inclusions vary by treatment, so it’s worth checking exactly what your booking covers.

Some promotional appointments may have extra conditions or tighter weekend availability as well.

Pros

  • Open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM
  • Offers reflexology alongside remedial, deep-tissue, and other massage treatments
  • Hot stones are included with several treatments
  • Selected longer sessions come with a $10 cash discount

Cons

  • Hot-stone inclusions vary by treatment (you’ll need to check what’s actually included)
  • Some promotional bookings may come with extra conditions or tighter weekend availability

Best Reflexology Experience I’ve Had

Amazing place- by far the best reflexology massage I’ve ever gotten! The ambience is perfect, and the staff are so kind and professional. Followed up with tea and chocolate after the massage; simply an incredible experience you have to indulge in.

Excellent Value and Amazing Masseuse

Regular here as the masseuses are amazing. My favourites are 30 min foot reflexology + 30 min head & neck. The $129 for 120 min promo is great value for money as well! Highly recommend this place.

2. Grand Royal Thai Massage

grand-royal-thai-massage

Website

Address: 100 Clarence Street

Contact: (02) 8084 8800

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Sunday, 9:30 AM – 8 PM

Grand Royal Thai Massage feels refreshingly straightforward, especially if you’re tired of spa menus that need a decoder ring.

Their foot reflexology focuses on targeted pressure, with Australian-made organic oils keeping things a little more polished.

I like that they offer single and couple rooms, so you can book solo or make it a shared wind-down. Their TreatCard loyalty programme is a nice bonus too, letting regulars earn points towards future treatments.

The pricing setup is fairly transparent, and they still run selected promotions without leaning too hard on inflated markdowns. Evening hours most days make it easy to squeeze in a session after work.

The main catch is that reflexology itself isn’t eligible for private health rebates.

Medibank, HCF and NIB rebates aren’t available here either, and eligible remedial claims must be processed on the day.

Pros

  • Straightforward pricing with selected promotions
  • Offers dedicated foot reflexology treatments
  • Uses Australian-made organic massage oils
  • Single and couple rooms available
  • TreatCard loyalty programme rewards repeat visits
  • Open into the evening throughout the week

Cons

  • Foot reflexology itself isn’t eligible for private health fund rebates
  • Medibank, HCF and NIB rebates aren’t available
  • Eligible remedial massage rebates must be processed on the treatment day

Peaceful and Relaxing Reflexology Session

I had a 90 min Reflexology session which was absolutely amazing. Starting with beautiful tea, a foot soak & scrub, the reflexology & a neck and shoulder massage. The therapist was very good. The environment was peaceful and ambient. Highly recommend.

A Peaceful Escape From City Bustle

A hidden gem! This place is a peaceful escape from the city bustle. The remedial and reflexology treatments were incredible, perfectly balancing firm technique with a relaxing atmosphere. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be returning next time I’m in Sydney.

3. Varda Spa Sydney CBD

varda-spa-sydney-cbd

Website

Address: 102 Bathurst Street

Contact: 0481 181 118

Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10 AM – 9:30 PM (Last booking at 8 PM)

Varda Spa takes a slightly different route with reflexology, starting at your head before working down to your feet and lower legs.

I like the idea when I’m after a proper switch-off rather than just a quick foot fix.

The treatment includes an Indian head massage plus focused foot reflexology in a private room, which makes the whole thing feel more like a spa ritual.

Their long daily opening hours are handy too if your schedule tends to run late.

I’d especially consider this one when stress feels a bit more head-to-toe than heel-specific. The private treatment setup gives it a more polished feel than a basic walk-in foot massage.

The catch is that the head massage is part of the treatment, so it won’t suit everyone wanting foot-only reflexology. Last bookings are at 8 PM as well, despite the spa staying open until 9:30 PM.

Pros

  • Combines Indian head massage with foot and lower-leg reflexology
  • Private treatment rooms give the experience a more polished spa feel
  • Open daily from 10 AM to 9:30 PM
  • Good fit if you want a broader relaxation-focused treatment rather than foot work alone

Cons

  • Head massage is built into the reflexology treatment (less flexibility for foot-only sessions)
  • Last bookings are at 8 PM, even though the spa closes later

Wonderful Two-Hour Massage and Facial

I saw the therapist Oil and had a 2hr package where I received a 90-minute massage followed by reflexology, and a facial with head massage.

The centre is very peaceful, with great interior design. Jam was super helpful in helping me plan what to do for my two hours, as well as being super accommodating for my booking. Wonderful to do business with. Everyone here was very professional, generous, and thoughtful. They are also gay friendly. They are located right at the 333/381 bus stop after the park and are very easy to get to and find.

4. Thai Royal Massage (Sydney CBD)

thai-royal-massage-sydney-cbd

Website

Address: 142 Clarence Street

Contact: (02) 9299 8988

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Sunday, 9:30 AM – 8 PM

Thai Royal Massage has been holding its ground in the CBD since 2009, which gives it the kind of staying power I find reassuring.

Their longer reflexology sessions sweeten the deal with a foot scrub plus a brief neck and shoulder massage, which feels nicely indulgent.

The traditional Thai-style interiors give the place more personality than your standard in-and-out massage stop. I like having a choice of experienced male and female therapists too, especially when I’m booking something more targeted.

The long opening hours make after-work pampering fairly easy, too.

The downside is that some reflexology sessions cost more on weekends. Custom mix-and-match treatments need at least an hour, so shorter bookings aren’t quite as flexible.

Pros

  • Operating in the Sydney CBD since 2009
  • 60- and 90-minute reflexology sessions include a foot scrub plus brief neck and shoulder massage
  • Traditional Thai-style setting adds more atmosphere than a basic massage shop
  • Choice of experienced male and female therapists
  • Long daily opening hours suit after-work bookings

Cons

  • Some reflexology durations cost more on weekends
  • Custom mix-and-match treatments require at least a 60-minute booking

Friendly Staff and Great Techniques

Really nice Thai massage in Sydney CBD. Upon walking in, you are greeted by very friendly staff who offer the best customer service. Once you choose which massage you want, you are seated in a comfortable chair where you are offered tea whilst they prepare your room for you. There are several private rooms for full body massages as well as 2 reflexology chairs. All of the massage therapists use great techniques.

Lovely Experience and Great Pressure

Absolutely lovely experience. I chose the reflexology treatment (60 mins) – received nice tea, foot/leg scrub, great pressure foot/leg massage (I asked for hard and it was perfect), and a vigorous shoulder massage – with another tea after. Already want to go back for full body. Make sure you book!

5. Golden Tree Thai Massage Sydney CBD

golden-tree-thai-massage-sydney-cbd

Website

Address: 123 Clarence Street

Contact: 02 9262 3109 | 0452 263 109

Hours: Daily, 9:30 AM – 8 PM

Golden Tree Thai Massage takes reflexology a little more seriously than your average quick foot rub. Their treatment uses thumbs, palms, and a traditional wooden stick, which gives tired feet plenty of targeted attention.

I like that you can choose from 30-, 45-, 60-, or 90-minute sessions depending on how dramatic your feet are feeling.

The therapists are certified too, and pressure can be adjusted if you prefer gentle work over something more intense.

Regulars get a nice perk, with a free one-hour massage after ten qualifying one-hour visits. That’s the sort of loyalty reward I’d actually remember to use.

The catch is that menu prices are specifically for cash payments, so card rates may differ.

You’ll also want to cancel at least three hours ahead to avoid possible penalty charges.

Pros

  • Reflexology uses thumbs, palms, and a traditional wooden stick
  • Session lengths range from 30 to 90 minutes
  • Certified therapists can adjust pressure to your comfort level
  • Loyalty offer gives a free 1-hour massage after 10 qualifying 1-hour visits
  • Open daily from 9:30 AM to 8 PM

Cons

  • Menu prices apply to cash payments (card pricing may differ)
  • Less than 3 hours’ cancellation notice may result in a fee

Best Deep Tissue Massage Ever

I had a 60min deep tissue massage and 30min foot reflexology with Jessie as my masseuse. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had, and she even fixed my lower back issues. Will definitely be back.

Relaxing Treatment with Reasonable Prices

First time coming here whilst visiting Sydney. The place was clean, bright and had a nice ambience. I had a 60-minute reflexology massage, which was incredibly relaxing. I was offered tea or water when I first sat down, and again about halfway through.  I am visiting the area, but will likely come back when I have the chance.

Prices are reasonable and not excessive.
