5 Best Dermal Fillers in Australia for Subtle Beauty Improvements

  • Medical Expertise: I checked whether qualified doctors or registered nurses performed the treatments. It's important to know your injector has the right training and medical experience.
  • Consultation Quality: I looked at how clearly each clinic explained the treatment, expected results, and possible risks. I gave higher marks to clinics that made clients feel informed and comfortable before starting.
  • Treatment Variety: I reviewed the range of cosmetic services available for different facial concerns. More treatment options made it easier to find a plan that matched different goals.
  • Patient Experiences: I read reviews from past clients to learn about their results and overall experience. Real feedback helped me see how each clinic cared for its patients before, during, and after treatment.

Refreshing your appearance starts with choosing a clinic you can trust. Some people visit for dermal fillers to restore volume, while others book Botox to soften fine lines or laser hair removal for smoother skin.

If you want natural-looking results, I’ve looked into the best dermal filler clinics in Australia. I focused on places with skilled injectors, personal care, and a strong focus on safety.

However, some clients felt their top-tier fillers didn’t last as long as hoped. Others were unhappy with the strict refund rule, which doesn’t give store credit once concerns come up.

Very happy

I have been to Dr Stephen twice now for Botox and filler, he is very informative and has convinced me that I don’t need certain things like not letting me overfill my lips as I already had migration etc. I trust him to not make me look unnatural. I had smile line filler today that has not yet settled so I can’t say exactly how the results are but so far I am very happy and would see this doctors again

Gentle and I would definitely come back again

I had a chin filler with Dr. Amanda. She was extremely detailed with explaining the procedure. She made sure that it was safe to do so and that the treatment will suit me aesthetically. She was gentle and I would definitely come back again.

Address: 324 Hay Street

Contact: 08 9381 5840

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Medaesthetics makes facial volume work feel more personal by mixing medical care with in-depth chats.

Trained staff shape each plan around a person’s goals instead of one plan for all, and choices include lip work and full face balance for different needs.

During each chat, the staff check face features, explain fit treatment choices, and answer questions before any work starts. This step helps clients grasp their options clearly, feel more sure about their choice, and get care in a real clinical space.

However, one thing to note is that some clients said they waited around 25 minutes despite arriving early. A few also felt chats ended too fast and wanted more time to talk through risks.

Pros

  • Medically supervised clinical setting
  • Personalised treatment plans
  • Broad facial volume treatments
  • Qualified medical practitioners

Cons

  • Possible long wait times
  • Rushed consultations

I’m super happy with the result

After having a horrible filler experience in another clinic, I went and saw Fran and she was great! She addressed all of my concerns and was so kind and my lips turned out great. Will be definitely be back in the future and I’m super happy with the result.

Natural result that I am so happy with!

Went in to see cosmetic nurse Dani, having done some research about what I wanted done (natural looking lip/cheek filler and botox on my forehead and for eye wrinkles). I am a nurse myself so thought I knew what I needed!!! Had a really good consultation with her, actually decided on opting for fewer interventions than I was asking for which has given me a really natural result that I am so happy with!!!! Would highly recommend for anyone seeking natural looking interventions and I will definitely be back!!!

On top of that, clients get clear talk about downtime, likely results, and fit treatment picks before moving ahead with any work. Follow-up visits after treatment are also part of the whole care path.

I was so pleased with the perfect and natural results

I always recommend the team at Mira Clinic to all of my family and friends. I saw them for my first time getting filler and skin care and I was beyond impressed at the knowledge, skill and gentle approach they used. I was so pleased with the perfect and natural results, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! 🙏🏼

Just amazing, super friendly and professional

Yesterday I had my first experience at the lovely west Perth clinic.

I felt so comfortable from the moment I stepped into the clinic.

All the staff are just amazing, super friendly and professional.

I had cheek filler for the first time and i LOVE the job Chantelle has done. She has kept it looking soft and natural but still giving me that beautiful definition.

I wouldn’t go anywhere els, I’m 100% converted to Mira Clinc.

Made me feel comfortable throughout the process

I was so happy with the lip filler I received this morning. Jess was very considerate and explained the procedure clearly and thoroughly. She performed the injections with great skill and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied with both her expertise and her excellent explanation. 10/10 – highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier

Molly has been looking after me for over 7 years and I couldn’t be happier. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I get all sorts of filler, skin needling and Botox, she never goes overboard and it always looks natural. She will always tell it like it is which I appreciate!

Customer Reviews

The results look so, so good

Went for first time lip filler (21 yrs). Dr. Miller is the best! I was generally apprehensive that it wouldnt look natural but after extensively looking through her work and credentials I decided to trust her and I’m so glad I did. The results look so, so good. I live in the states but will be making a special visit to Dr. Miller on my next trip to aus–i dont want anyone else touching my lips!

The results are gorgeous and natural

Saw Dr Miller for some filler and Botox and she was fantastic, I can be nervous with needles and she was reassuring and gentle. The results are gorgeous and natural, almost no bruising/swelling. I look forward making my next appointment with her.
