I dropped by last month to grab a specific brand of rabbit hay and loved their friendly, old-fashioned customer service. Their team provides detailed care guidance tailored to your specific animal.
They even operate a wonderful Cat Haven-approved adoption center right inside the shop. All rescue cats are fully sterilized and microchipped before finding a new home.
Unfortunately, some previous buyers reported communication issues when trying to get follow-up support for sick animals. Their cat toy selection has also felt a bit sparse at times.

A brilliant pet shop that clearly cares for its pets, great customer service, very friendly staff which was lovely. So impressed to see they now stock Ozzy C&C cages for Guinea Pigs in store! Their small animal range is fabulous, well worth the 40 minute drive for me. Great to see more fleece liners on the market too. Would love to see the C&C cages set up with all the fleece accessories!
